1. Before fixing the lighting tile, a pilot hole is required, and the aperture must be greater than 50% of the diameter of the fixing screw to avoid internal stress expansion and cracking of the lighting tile caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
2. The lighting tile is fixed with aluminum profile fasteners, and the corrugated lighting tile is fixed with a lighting tile bracket and self-tapping screws, and then glued and sealed. The position of the lighting tile is generally set in the middle of the span.
3. When the lighting tile and steel plate are overlapped longitudinally, there must be a minimum overlap of 200mm, and two waterstops should be attached.
4. The lighting tile is connected with the self-tapping screw, and there must be a cover plate. The sun board has a large cold and hot deformation and is easy to be cut by the self-tapping nails. Therefore, the sun board should have a larger hole at the place where the self-tapping nails are hit. When installing the daylighting panel, the flexibility of the daylighting panel should be considered.
5. When the lighting tile is fixed, a good flashing washer must be used to place it between the screw and the lighting board, so as to be waterproof and dustproof. After inserting the flashing washer into the screw, use an electric drill to lock it into the purlin to complete the fixing work of the lighting board.
6. The lighting tile does not need to be lapped within 12m, and it needs to be lapped if it exceeds 12m. The lap length is 200-400mm. Two layers of sealant are applied to the lap joint. The horizontal glue does not need to be folded, and the vertical color steel plate is overlapped. Kanban type, ordinary profiled steel plate is required, and the edge is generally not considered, and it is directly fixed to the color plate with self-tapping nails, and sealed and sealed, and the occlusal plate needs to be edged.
7. During the lighting tile construction, it is strictly forbidden to step directly on the wave crest to prevent the lighting board from cracking. A 1200mmx300mm (length x width) non-slip thick wooden board must be placed on the horizontal position of the daylighting board, and the guide holes and fixing screws of the daylighting board must be stepped on it.
