The FRP L Angles are manufactured by combining various resins with pure glass fibre reinforcement. They are formed and cured in a continuous process, creating a product of exceptional strength and elasticity. More unexpectedly, it also offers combined benefits and mechanical properties that surpass those of metal. And we also have good dimensional stability. The thermoset resin matrix is cross-linked by heat during processing to form a bulk mesh structure, and its products are well dimensionally stable in the normal state, with little post-shrinkage occurring after forming. These materials are widely used in the manufacture of stairs, access platforms, step platforms, cooling towers, ramps and in the power industry.

The FRP L Angles have excellent corrosion resistance. Unlike the electrochemical corrosion mechanism of ordinary steel, dendrimer-based composites do not conduct electricity and do not dissolve ions in dielectric solutions, and thus have good chemical stability in the atmosphere, water and general concentrations of acids, alkalis and salts, especially in non-oxidising strong acids and in a fairly wide range of ph values. Secondly, our products also have good surface characteristics, the surface of the composite material in contact with the chemical medium generally has very little corrosive matter produced, also rarely produce scaling, therefore commonly used to manufacture its fluid pipeline, its pipeline in the resistance is very small, low coefficient of friction, which greatly save a lot of power.
