The FRP guardrail is made of pultruded profiles as the main material and combined with FRP connectors to play the role of protection and protection. The FRP guardrail has most of the characteristics of the guardrail, but there are also significant differences. The FRP guardrail is light in weight and easy to install without welding.
So how should the FRP guardrail be installed?
Prepare the tools needed for installation, such as electric drills, hammers, screws, etc. There are two installation methods for the installation of FRP guardrail: embedded installation and fixed installation of the base:
1. Fixed installation of the base: first fix the corresponding column base with expansion bolts at the position where the column needs to be installed, and then fix the column on the base.
2. Embedded installation: The so-called embedded installation is to dig the pit before installing the FRP guardrail, put in the embedded parts, arrange the column of the FRP guardrail into the ground about 30 cm, then pour the cement, and install it after it has solidified. .
3. Pre-embedded FRP fence refers to burying the columns of FRP guardrails 30 cm underground. When pre-burying, first dig the pit, put the embedded parts, then pour cement, and install FRP columns after solidification. ( In case of cement ground, you can directly punch holes into the column) and then install the mesh.
